Are the Americans soooooo stupid having LRFD for steel FREE and we europeans sooooooo clever that we must buy them? |

That is one big question... the eurocodes being legislation and all, shouldn't they be free?

that's right !
I'm still a student but it's already an issue. You can get only the examples you find in the books at the library, that's about it. |
